Document ownership matters

Clear about whose certificate you are reviewing

Kalstor supplies flash-storage products through qualified source manufacturing partners. Manufacturing-system certificates are issued to the relevant factory; product and batch reports apply to the stated part number and production lot. We provide the matching entity, scope and validity details during buyer qualification.

Control plan

From incoming material to released lot

Evidence is useful only when it maps to a repeatable process. These are the four control points behind the documents supplied with a qualified order.

See available test methods
  1. 01

    Incoming inspection

Materials and components are checked against the approved specification before production release.

  2. 02

    In-process control

Key parameters, workmanship and configuration are monitored throughout the production lot.

  3. 03

    Capacity verification

The full-address, sampling or full-unit test scope is defined for the selected product and order.

  4. 04

    Lot release

Final records, labeling, packaging and traceability are reviewed before the batch is released.
